LES-EXPO Postponed: New Date April 7-9, 2026

 

Dear Freight Engineering Stakeholders,

 

LES-EXPO, which aims to bring together freight engineering service stakeholders from Europe, Asia and Africa in Istanbul, was planned to be held at the Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) on September 9-11, 2025. However, in line with our discussions with our stakeholders and the needs of the sector, we have decided to postpone our fair to April 7-9, 2026 for a more comprehensive preparation process.

This decision was taken to strengthen international promotional activities, host more purchasing delegations, deepen cooperation with civil society organizations and provide our participants with sufficient preparation time. Our interviews with participating and visiting companies revealed the sectoral importance of the fair, while showing that additional time is needed for better participation and organization.

The locations of the companies that have already announced that they will participate in the fair will be preserved on the new date, thus our current commitments will continue without interruption. LES-EXPO will continue to be a platform that will shape the future of freight engineering services with its unique location connecting three continents. We look forward to a more efficient, innovative and inclusive fair on our new dates. We will continue to share all developments regarding the process with you.
